About the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust
More than one hundred years ago, Frank Lloyd Wright sparked an architectural revolution with the opening of his studio in the Chicago suburb of Oak Park, Illinois. Every year thousands of tourists visit Wright's remarkable Home and Studio in Oak Park, and his Prairie style masterpiece, the Robie House, on the University of Chicago campus. Both sites are National Historic Landmarks, managed by the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust as accredited museums.
The mission of the Trust is to engage, educate and inspire the public through interpretation of Frank Lloyd Wright’s design legacy and preservation of his original sites for future generations.
The merchandising programs of the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust exist to inspire an awareness, appreciation, and understanding of architecture and design, in particular of Frank Lloyd Wright and the Prairie period. Additionally, they serve as a financial resource for the organization.
If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase within 45 days for an exchange or refund. Furniture and large sculptures are made to order and are not returnable.

As a valued member of the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust you can receive a 10% discount on your ShopWright purchases. Simply log-in to the website with your email address and use your Member ID#, printed on your membership card, as your password. If you Member ID# does not begin with "8-" then your password is your Member ID#, printed on your membership card, with “8-0000” in front of this number. You will then automatically receive your savings in the ShopWright.org shopping cart/checkout. You can also put your Member ID# in the comments section of the shopping cart and the discount will be applied when your membership is verified prior to processing your order. Claims and Adjustments
All items are sent fully insured. Inspect all shipments upon arrival. Report any losses or damages immediately by calling 877-848-3559 or email email@example.com
If Your Order Has Been Damaged in Transit
Keep the original container and call 877.848.3559 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will establish a method of return.
Refunds will be issued in the manner which you originally paid. If you received the merchandise as a gift, you will be issued a gift certificate. Shipping charges are refunded only when you have received the incorrect item due to our error or the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Furniture, lamps, and sculptures are made to order. These pieces as well as items not returned in a sellable condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Please call for details.

Standard Shipping & Handling U.S. Addresses Only
All orders are shipped via UPS. Residential deliveries may be transferred from UPS to the local USPS office for delivery to final destination. Shipping and handling charges are based on the merchandise total (before discount and tax) as follows:
- Up to $99.99...........$9.99
- $100 - $149.99......$12.99
- $150 - $199.99......$16.99
Shipping costs are listed in the shopping cart during checkout. You will be able to review the details of your order before you submit for payment. Items sent to multiple addresses incur separate shipping charges for each address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A deliverable street address must be provided. Unless requested otherwise, all items will be shipped together when they become available. Separate shipments will incur additional shipping charges.
*Shipping offers do not apply to furniture, large sculptures, or international orders. Orders qualifying for free or discounted shipping are shipped via UPS Standard Ground service to contiguous U.S. addresses only (not available in AK, HI).
Express shipping is available to U.S. addresses only. Not available to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses. Orders must be received by 3:00 pm CST to ensure delivery. For 2-Day Shipping, $15 will be added to the standard shipping rates above. For Next Day Shipping, $25 will be added to the shipping charges above.
International shipping requires an additional charge to the standard shipping rates above. $30 will be added to shipments to Canada and $75 will be added to all other international shipments. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. International shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees when delivered. These fees are the responsibility of the receiver. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any international shipments which are refused for this reason. We regret that we cannot ship certain items overseas. Items sent to multiple addresses incur separate shipping charges for each address.
Furniture & Large Sculpture Shipping and Handling Charges
18% of merchandise total (before discount and taxes) will be added to ship large sculptures and lighting. Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of sculptures. Frank Lloyd Wright Licensed Furniture requires special shipping arrangements. $325 will be charged for delivery of these items. Allow up to 20 weeks for delivery. Standard Furniture Delivery is from manufacturer to curbside. We regret that we cannot ship certain items internationally. Call 1-877-848-3559 for other delivery services and pricing.
