Some items have an extra packing fee. This extra fee will be added to the regular shipping & handling charges listed above. In addition, certain large orders or orders of a substantial weight may be subject to actual shipping charges. If this applies we will call you and obtain your approval before proceeding with the order
Items sent to multiple addresses incur separate shipping charges for each address.
All orders are shipped via UPS. We no longer use the U.S. Postal Service and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a deliverable street address for your order.

Express delivery charges will be added to the regular shipping & handling charges listed above. This service is available to U.S. addresses only and if the order is received by 3:00 pm CST.
Delivery Time
We generally ship within 3 days for items in stock. Next day and 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 pm CST will ship the next day. Regular shipping is via UPS. Under normal conditions, allow 2-7 weekdays for delivery within the U.S. and Canada, 1-2 weeks for international orders shipped via UPS.
Beyond The United States
For international shipping rates, please call for a quote. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. We regret that we cannot ship certain items overseas.
All international shipments are delivered via UPS. UPS provides quick shipping times, tracking, insurance and an easier return process for our international customers. Please note that most international shipments will be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees when delivered. All taxes, duties and fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any international shipments which are refused for this reason.
Furniture & Mirror Shipping and Handling Charges
15% of merchandise total (before discount and taxes) will be added to ship furniture and mirrors.
A representative will contact you to confirm your order. Shipping will not be added at the time the order is submitted online and your credit card will not be charged until after order confirmation.
If your furniture or mirror order is expected to take more than two weeks for delivery, you will be advised when your order is confirmed.
Allow 12-16 weeks for delivery of special order items.
Standard Furniture Delivery is from manufacturer to curbside.
Inside Delivery (from truck to inside front door or garage) available for an additional charge of $50.
White Glove Delivery (inside delivery, set-up and packaging disposal) available for an additional charge of $400.
When speaking to a representative, please note any special arrangements for your furniture delivery. Deliveries that need to be made to locations other than curbside (Standard Furniture Delivery) will usually require additional handling charges.
Furniture Finishes and Fabrics
Unless otherwise noted, all cushioned chairs are covered in micro fiber. Customer supplied material can be installed on certain pieces for an additional $15 per item. Additional finishes and wood species are available. Please call 877.848.3559 for details.
A note about furniture finishes:
No two trees are alike.
True hardwood can be expected to have a variety of colors and grain textures. A dining room set consisting of a table and four chairs may have been made from several trees and each piece of wood – even pieces from the same tree – can take the stain differently.
These natural differences are part of the beauty and charm of handcrafted wood furniture. While exacting steps are taken to ensure uniformity in the finishes of our furniture, please allow for slight variances in color due to the natural differences in wood.
