For Midway Gardens in Chicago (1913; demolished 1929), a fashionable entertainment complex, Wright created a magical combination of architecture, furniture, sculpture and murals. A series of "Sprite" sculptures was executed by Alfonso Ianelli; dozens were cast to adorn walls and walkways. A striking addition to an entryway, terrace or garden, the "Sprite" is hand-cast in cement and stands a regal 31" high. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, it should not be exposed to extremes in temperature. For even more drama, place her atop the 11" high pedestal. Each piece weighs 35 pounds. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
