Garden Nakoma Sculpture 24".
This distinctive sculpture was originally designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1923 to be located at the entry pools to the Community of Nakoma Country Club in Madison, Wisconsin. The Nakoma sculpture is a curvilinear design, symbolic of the earth and Mother Nature as well as domestic virtue. Her back is a continuous circle, with a round head and she holds a round bowl. Nakoma also carries a papoose and has a child at her side. She stands 24" high and weighs 57 pounds. (70 pounds with shipping crate).
