At the age of 27, early in his architectural career, Frank Lloyd Wright worked with two clients to publish The House Beautiful. Only 90 original copies of the book were printed and given to friends and colleagues. Wright was moved by the essay, written by William C. Gannet, that spoke to the importance of simplicity and craftsmanship. Wright's illustrations, inspired by ironwork and tapestries, have been lovingly reproduced on this pillow.
