The Dana-Thomas House was built in 1902-04 and is an extraordinarily sophisticated integration of architecture, furnishings and decorative arts, and creates a unified statement of the Prairie School aesthetic.
Frank Lloyd Wright designed approximately 450 art glass windows, skylights, door panels, sconces, and light fixtures for the house. What is truly astonishing is the inherent balance and creativity of the elements and colors of each piece.
